Eric Holmberg has spent the past two decades representing owners, investors and tenants of all types with their commercial real estate needs and related business transactions. He currently represents affiliates of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, Inc., J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc., Invesco Realty Advisors, Inc., Lincoln Property Company and others with real estate matters in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and various markets around the country. Earlier in his career he served as in-house general counsel for a national trade association, and has regularly represented a variety of non-profit organizations with respect to their governance and transactional legal needs.
